For laboratories that have ordered materials or services through our core, an account has already been created for you.

If your email address is not associated with an existing account, please contact us at researchvector@franklinbio.com or 484-455-4027 and provide the following: PI Name, PI Email Address, Requestor Name, Requestor Email Address, and Institution.

Once your account is established, you will receive an email with instructions for retrieval and updating of your account details.

For laboratories that have not yet ordered materials or services through our core, please fill out and submit an Investigator Profile form so we can set up the account.

Please note that the account should be set up under the name of the Principal Investigator of the lab that will be receiving materials. Any scientist working within that lab can be added as a user of the account and they will receive their own user id to login and place orders. Once the account has been set up, an email providing access to the online ordering system and catalog will be sent.

The Franklin Biolabs Research Vector Core is now pleased to accept Custom Vector Requests and payment.
